PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You'll get a notification the moment your order ships.

DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your area (main centres are usually quicker than outlying and rural areas).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within South Africa only.
