REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
HYGIENE EXCEPTION
For safety and sanitization reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any cosmetic products, creams, serums, or beauty devices that have been unsealed, opened, or used.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the approval was granted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
